The Hyatt group runs the best business hotels in the Asia Pacific region, while Four Seasons ran the best hotels for leisure, according to a recent poll conducted among readers of travel magazine DestinAsian.
The sixth annual Reader?s Choice Awards was conducted among thousands of DestinAsian readers over a six-month period last year.
Apart from voting for their favorite hotel chain, readers were asked to rank their favorite hotels in 19 cities in the region. Hyatt scooped up six titles on the list, for its hotels in Beijing, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Shanghai, Taipei and Tokyo.
Mandarin Oriental was given the nod twice, for their hotels in Kuala Kumpur and Bangkok.
