Mel Gibson Awarded More Custody

Slowly but surely he is working through his custody battle, and earlier this week Mel Gibson was awarded more time with his daughter, Lucia.

According to TMZ, Judge Gordon Scott has given the ?Patriot? actor more hours per week to spend with his little one.

Under a previous agreement, Gibson had visitation rights with a total of 6 days with three overnight visits every two weeks, and now he will get more facetime.

Former fling, Oksana Grigorieva, is sure to be upset with the new time as she initially wanted to rid Mel?s overnight visits altogether and to only allow him monitored visits.
