The offerings, however, are thankfully classical. Serving up different cuts and types of meats, from the United States and Australia, grass-fed or grain-fed, while the kitchen uses a mesquite wood-fired grill that imparts greater flavor to the meat.
All steaks are presented New York-style, with a choice of five sauces -- a rich pinot noir reduction, the classic Bearnaise, hot whiskey mustard, stone mill mustard sauce and the special Bedrock chili oil.
